Boxers make excellent flyball dogs if you are able to direct their drive into playing the game. Brooklyn has always been my "problem child" flyball dog. While she can compete with the best of them, run the course as solid as a veteran, she has one minor problem that I have yet been able to truly break. Chasing! Brooklyn has an incredible amount of chase drive in her. Her passing skills are very weak and she wants nothing more than to chase a cute Jack Russell Terrier.  However, break  those behaviors and this girl is about as solid as they come. Not to mention her rockin' flyball "Box"er turn that she seems to do with ease. Maybe someday and with the right help, Brooklyn will become a solid flyball dog. Until then, she enjoys just playing with her buddies.
